Thermal spraying for circulating fluidized bed biomass boilers
Welding of high chromium cast iron is performed for protection! Smoothing thermal spraying is carried out to eliminate the step between the weld and the furnace wall!
Osaka Fuji Industries is involved in the power generation sector (boilers) of the paper manufacturing industry. We would like to introduce a case study on "thermal spraying for fine coal-fired boilers." Severe wear occurred due to solid fuel particles and limestone used for desulfurization inside the furnace. Particularly, intense abrasion was a problem in areas with steps and at the corners of the furnace. To address this, we performed welding with high chromium cast iron in specific areas of the corners for protection.
